Our Division is unique in that we are both a state-based entity and a Division. We provide services to around 515 GPs, 211 Practice Nurses, and 105 Practice Managers working in 104 general practices, 45 health service providers, academic, health policy and government departments in the ACT and surrounding region.
We are an independent organisation with a core focus to support general practice in delivering local health solutions. The Division is governed by a board of seven GP Directors and two non-GP Directors.

GPs are actively encouraged to participate in Divisional operations. GPs occupy a range of GP Advisor roles and participate on numerous Division and external committees. The Division utilises a work-team approach across all project areas.
